+ COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS SURVEILLANCE OFFICER-Sumner Co
The position is located out of the Sumner County Office and involves conducting home visits of non-violent felony offenders who have been released from incarceration and assigned to the Community Corrections Program for Sumner County. Activities associated with this position include home visits, and maintaining the documentation necessary to comply with program policies and procedures. Additional activities include providing testimony in court and assisting with drug screens . Job responsibilities require experience in community corrections, law enforcement, or related field. E.O.E.
$14.74 per hour
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma, College degree preferred but not required or 4 years related work experience; experience with offenders, valid Driver’s License.

The position requires a person interested in non-medical homecare and experienced in client services, and staffing supervision.
Responsibilities involve coordinating client services within western middle Tennessee to include successfully: • Recruiting and retaining a sufficient number of quality Homecare Specialists • Maintaining full caseloads while coordinating and scheduling efficient client visits. • Completing client intakes and periodic field assessments. • Guiding Home Care Specialists in providing efficient and compassionate client service. • Submitting accurate and timely client reports and staff payroll records. • Working independently with strong organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. • Maintaining reliable transportation and $100,000 vehicle liability insurance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Graduation from an accredited four-year college/university with a degree in the fields of Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Work Human Services, or related program of study; or any combination of education and experience to provide the necessary abilities and skills. • Supervisory experience • Clean Criminal Background check

This position requires a person with an interest in non-medical homecare and considerable experience in business, staffing, and supervision.
Responsibilities involve operations and management of a thirteen county area to include successfully: • Marketing and growing scope of service. • Preparing and monitoring annual program budget. • Guiding activities performed by Regional Coordinators, Home Care Specialists, and Administrative staff. • Recruiting and retaining a sufficient number of quality Home Care Specialists to support program expansion. • Guaranteeing service delivery is safe, efficient, and meets agency standards while adhering to state policies and regulations. • Formulating policies and procedures that ensure regulatory compliance • Monitoring quality assurance and improvement processes. • Maintaining professional relationships with grantors and community partners.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Graduation from an accredited four-year college/university with a degree in the fields of Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Work, Human Services, or related program of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience to provide the above critical knowledge and abilities. • Experience required managing a social service agency or department; supervising program staff. • Ability to work independently with strong organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. • Ability to develop and monitor detailed program budgets, and develop effective administrative practices to insure program compliance. • Maintain reliable transportation and $100,000 vehicle liability insurance. • Complete a Criminal Background check.

Mid-Cumberland Human Resource Agency's In-Home Services provides essential services to elderly and disabled individuals within their own homes. Part-Time Positions are available in the following counties: Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Houston, Humphreys, Montgomery, Robertson, Rutherford, Stewart, Sumner, Trousdale, Williamson, and Wilson. $10 case rate with work available during the day, evening, or weekend.
Duties Include: Light housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Errands, Socialization, and Personal Care including bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or GED. Candidates must be able to follow instructions, communicate well, work independently, document work performed, have reliable transportation, proof of insurance, & a clean background check. CNA or previous experience working with elderly/disabled individuals or within the healthcare field is helpful but not required. EOE.
