+ Misdemeanor Probation Officer-Hickman, Lewis, Perry Counties

The full time position is located out of our Hickman, Lewis & Perry County Courts. This Position involves the supervision and monitoring of misdemeanor probationers. Activities associated with this position include direct supervision through office visits and establishing needed supportive services, maintaining the documentation necessary to comply with program policies and procedures. Additional activities include providing testimony in court, assisting with electronic monitoring, collection of fees, and maintaining case management database. This position may also be required to teach group and individual rehabilitative services to participants within these Counties. Job responsibilities require experience in case management, phycology background and treatment services, law enforcement, or related field. E.O.E.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: •Graduation with a minimum of an Associate’s Degree and 2 years related work experience. Four year degree preferred in Criminal Justice, Social/Behavioral Sciences, or closely related field. Four years work experience will be considered if it is in a related field. •Experience in criminal court proceedings and working with felony offenders; ability to follow program procedures and make appropriate decisions. •Strong interpersonal, decision making, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain detailed and confidential information. • Salary Range $14-$16 hr. depending on experience. •Preference given to residents of these counties.

+ Meals-On-Wheels Regional Coordinator- Clarksville, TN

Full time position based in Clarksville. Responsibilities include providing direction, supervision, and support to field staff of the Meals-on-Wheels program across multiple counties. Completing outreach activities, building and maintaining relationships with community, partners, funders, and sites. Providing back-up to both site and office staff as needed. Job duties require strong organizational, interpersonal, decision making, and problem solving skills.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s Degree in Business, Food Services, Nutrition, or closely related field. A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience managing groups of employees and volunteers across a diverse geography. Health Department food service course certificate, valid TN driver’s license, and auto insurance required.

+ Regional Customer Service Representative (CSR)–Dickson, TN

This position is responsible for answering calls, scheduling and dispatching in a multi-county public transportation system. Responsibilities include answering these calls in a timely and professional manner while entering accurate and complete trip data into the Route Match software, processing rea l time client and driver feedback regarding pickups and deliveries in a manner that enables Mid-Cumberland to provide quality customer service is necessary, communicating with Lead Drivers to produce an efficient, doable schedule in a timely manner.

Professional phone etiquette, attention to detail, strong customer service and organizational skills are required. The ability to make logical decisions regarding customer service, operational procedures, and policies of the agency is a must. Processing real time client and driver feedback regarding pickups and deliveries in a manner that enables Mid-Cumberland to provide quality customer service is necessary.

The Transportation Director evaluates Job performance. Full benefits, 40 hrs/week. EOE

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience to perform necessary functions of the job. Good computer and customer service skills. Pass Pre-employment drug screen and background check.

+ Meals-On-Wheels Delivery Driver – Lebanon, TN

Part-time position stationed at the Lebanon Meals-On-Wheels site. Duties associated with the position include packing and delivering meals to homebound clients and maintaining accurate delivery records.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Valid TN Driver’s license, personal car insurance and reliable motor vehicle required.

When necessary the applicant may deliver meals to homebound clients. Approximately 20 hours per week. Anticipated schedule Monday through Friday, 8am-12pm.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED; clean background, driver’s license, reliable transportation, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task & prioritize job related activities, accuracy and attention to detail. Basic computer skills required and an interest in working with older adults.

Mid-Cumberland Human Resource Agency's In-Home Services provides essential services to elderly and disabled individuals within their own homes. Part-Time Positions are available in the following counties: Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Houston, Humphreys, Montgomery, Robertson, Rutherford, Stewart, Sumner, Trousdale, Williamson, and Wilson. $10 case rate with work available during the day, evening, or weekend.

Duties Include: Light housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Errands, Socialization, and Personal Care including bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or GED. Candidates must be able to follow instructions, communicate well, work independently, document work performed, have reliable transportation, proof of insurance, & a clean background check. CNA or previous experience working with elderly/disabled individuals or within the healthcare field is helpful but not required. EOE.
