+Day Reporting Center Treatment Coordinator-Gallatin, TN
The Day Reporting Center (DRC) Treatment Coordinator reports to the Director of Correctional Services and the Community Corrections Program Manager. Job duties with this position include alcohol and drug treatment for offenders who meet Day Reporting Center qualifications. The DRC Treatment Coordinator will conduct Addiction Severity Index (ASl)/American Society of Addition Medicine (ASAM) assessments on offenders sentenced to the Day Reporting Center. The DRC Treatment Coordinator will oversee all treatment classes within the DRC. Counsels offenders relating to alcohol and drug treatment and mental health. Evaluates offender progress of accomplished contract objectives; recommends measurable standards to correct identified problems and deficiencies. Prepares, maintains and documents required reporting and records management. Attends and participates in staff meetings, team meetings, conferences and in-service training. Instructs and participates in training activities for offenders. Develops treatment placement options for offenders. Maintains interaction with criminal justice system and other agencies to coordinate and identify applicable resources. Performs related job duties as required.
Qualifications: Master’s Degree and clinical designation of one of the following: LPC MHSP, LCSW, LPE, LSPE, or Psychologist Licensed through the State of Tennessee A valid Driver's License and Automobile Liability Insurance. Satisfactory background check
Job Type: Full-time* (40 hours a week), PTO (Paid time off), TCRS retirement benefits, credit union, state holidays & medical-dental-vision insurance *Part-time may be considered.
Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 per year based on experience

+Meals-On-Wheels Delivery Driver – Montgomery County
Part-time position stationed at the Clarksville Meals-On-Wheels site. Duties associated with the position include packing and delivering meals to homebound clients and maintaining accurate delivery records. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Valid TN Driver’s license, personal car insurance and reliable motor vehicle required.

+Meals-On-Wheels Site Manager – Trousdale County
Part-time position stationed at the Hartsville Meals-On-Wheels site. Candidate must be able to follow instructions, document work performed, be self-motivated, and have a reliable source of transportation. Duties to be performed include packing and serving meals, ensuring the cleanliness of the site, completing reports and other documentation, recruiting volunteers, ability to generate awareness and excitement in the community about the program to help in fundraising, daily paperwork, and outreach to the senior community. Other responsibilities include monitoring food temperature, completing in-home assessments, and participating in special events and functions. When necessary the applicant may deliver meals to homebound clients.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, approximately 15 hours per week.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED; clean background, driver’s license, reliable transportation, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task & prioritize job related activities, accuracy and attention to detail. Basic computer skills required and an interest in working with older adults.

+COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS SURVEILLANCE OFFICER
The position is located out of the Rutherford County Office and involves conducting home visits of non-violent felony offenders who have been released from incarceration and assigned to the Community Corrections Program for Rutherford County. Activities associated with this position include home visits, and maintaining the documentation necessary to comply with program policies and procedures. Additional activities include providing testimony in court and assisting with drug screens . Job responsibilities require experience in community corrections, law enforcement, or related field. E.O.E.
$14.74 per hour
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma, College degree preferred but not required or 4 years related work experience; experience with offenders, valid Driver’s License.

Part-Time Positions are available in the following counties: Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Houston, Humphreys, Montgomery, Robertson, Rutherford, Stewart, Sumner, Trousdale, Williamson, and Wilson. $10 case rate with work available during the day, evening, or weekend.
Duties Include: Light housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Errands, Socialization, and Personal Care including bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or GED. Candidates must be able to follow instructions, communicate well, work independently, document work performed, have reliable transportation, proof of insurance, & a clean background check. CNA or previous experience working with elderly/disabled individuals or within the healthcare field is helpful but not required. EOE.
